SCHEDULING WORK. The utility's feeders are removed from service for normal work on closely restricted schedules. If the Contractor requires an outage of the utility feeder or needs to have the service de-energized for routine work, it shall notify the utility and obtain a date that Work can be performed in conjunction with the Utility. The schedule will be modified only by mutual agreement of the interested parties except that, in an emergency, the utility may cancel the scheduled outage and the Contractor shall be so notified.

SCHEDULING WORK. 20.01 Start times shall be posted on the prior Friday of the week for which the starting times shall be effective. Employees who are ordered to report for work prior to said scheduled starting times shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for all hours worked prior to their regular starting time. Employees who are ordered to report for work later than their scheduled starting time shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for the number of hours equal to the number of hours called into work after their scheduled start time.
SCHEDULING WORK. Whenever the Tribe desires to use the County services to undertake routine maintenance or repair of Tribe vehicles, the Tribe shall notify the County's Everett Shop Supervisor or Communication Repair Technician for scheduling the work.   • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Therefore to ensure that there is no loss or damage to the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work and the same may be carried on as per the choice of the Allottee, internal works such as fitting of switch boards, doors, sanitary fittings, plumber fittings like water taps/showers etc., final colour coat on the internal walls, floor tiles or any other internal work of like nature, shall be completed after obtaining occupancy certificate/completion certificate and before handing over the possession of the apartment to the Allottee.

  • Overtime Scheduling (A) It is the intent of the City, consistent with efficient and effective operation of the Division of Police, to distribute in an equitable manner, all pre-scheduled overtime among all members. Recognition will be given to the qualifications of the members and the requirements placed on the City by any third party funding sources. Any complaints by members that pre-scheduled overtime is not being equitably distributed among all qualified members as described above may be brought by the Lodge directly to the Chief's attention at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure and shall also be a proper subject for discussion in a Labor Relations Committee meeting. Inability to work a prescheduled overtime assignment due to illness or death in the family or injury will not require the member to charge such absence against sick leave or injury leave.

  • SCHEDULING OF THE WORK The number of working days stipulated for this Contract is 5. These working days shall be consecutive. The Contractor is not required to submit a schedule for this project. Liquidated damages will be assessed beyond the number of working days specified above as well as the completion date as noted in this tender form and agreement.   • Self Scheduling The Home and the Union may agree to implement a self-scheduling process. Self-scheduling is the mechanism by which employees in a Home create their own work schedules. The purpose of self scheduling is to improve job satisfaction and quality of work life for the participating employees. Self scheduling requires a collaboration of employees and management to ensure proper coverage of the Home and to meet the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that self scheduling will be negotiated locally by the Home and the Union and will include a trial period. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis.

  • CONTRACTING WORK 13.01 The Company will not contract out work if such contracting out will cause, currently and directly, layoffs from employment with the Company or part-timing of present employees.
