Oglethorpe Power shall pay Georgia Power for Scheduling, System Control and Dispatch Service a charge equal to $0.044960 per kilowatt per month (kW-month) times the OPC Territorial Load coincident with the most recent twelve (12) monthly peak loads within the Southern Control Area.   • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed.
