Scheduling of Work. Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

Employees' work schedules shall be posted at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of their effective date, including vacant positions or shifts known at the time of posting due to vacations, administrative leave or planned medical leave, covering a minimum period of three (3) weeks, except where an emergency necessitates a schedule change and precludes such advance notice or where a schedule change is mutually agreed to by the affected employee(s).

Scheduling of Work. The District and Organization acknowledge that much of the work required of Technology technicians must occur outside the normal working day. The Technology Supervisor shall determine weekly work assignment hours based upon work orders received and pending projects with input from Technology technicians. Technology technicians shall work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
Scheduling of Work. In its initial phase, prior to the initiation of revenue service, eBART management is solely responsible for determining the type and number of employees needed to efficiently deliver eBART services. This determination includes, but is not limited to, whether the shifts are split, extent to which structured overtime can be offered, scheduling for holidays, scheduling for peak periods of service, number and type of schedules, the Regular Days Off (RDOs), and the reporting times and reporting locations, subject to the terms reflected in this Agreement. During this initial pre-revenue phase, eBART management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate stated scheduling needs of employees. After this initial pre-revenue phase, the eBART COO or designee will provide notice to the Union prior to establishing or amending schedules for bid, and at the Union’s request, meet to discuss changes with the Union. Nothing herein shall constitute a waiver of eBART’s right to determine the number and type of schedules needed to efficiently deliver eBART services, subject to terms and conditions described herein.
Scheduling of Work. 7.2.1 Shifts in excess of 12 hours. Shifts in excess of twelve (12) hours affecting current employees shall not be established without the consent of the Union and the affected employee, unless the employee is exercising a layoff option pursuant to Section 19.4.

(1) Where practical, senior employees who are qualified shall be scheduled to receive the maximum number of available hours on the work schedule up to an eight (8) hour day, five (5) day, forty (40) hour week. Senior employees may not claim part of a shift and may claim shifts only when they become available on a regular basis. Split shifts shall be considered separate shifts for scheduling purposes. It is understood that employees shall not be permitted to establish their own work schedules nor shall they be permitted to work overtime without the specific approval of their Supervisor. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as a guarantee of a minimum number of hours or days of work.
