Scheduling of Vacation. 7.2.2.1 The annual vacation will normally be taken on the basis of one of the following options and, whenever possible, within the fiscal year in which it is earned: • One period of 44 consecutive working days (equivalent to 220 hours); or • 2 periods of approximately 22 consecutive working days (equivalent to 110 hours). Employees are expected to take their annual vacation entitlement each fiscal year.
