Scheduling of Statutory Holidays. Subject to the operational requirements of the Employer, reasonably applied, statutory holidays whenever possible will be scheduled for a time which is mutually agreeable to the Employer and the employee concerned. A regular employee will receive either Christmas Day or New Year's Day off unless the employee requests to work both days and this is agreed to by the Employer.
