Scheduling of Released Time. 39 40 The Association shall notify the University at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of an academic 41 term in which a released time assignment will begin. Said notification shall include the name of the 42 member to receive the released time assignment and the purpose of the released time. The thirty- (30) day 43 notification period may be waived by mutual agreement of the parties. The University will generate all non- 44 instructional overload wage agreements in a timely manner. 45 1 The activities performed on behalf of members of the unit by those permitted released time under this 2 Article shall be credited as service to the University. 3
