Scheduling of Lieu Days. Every effort will be made to schedule days off in lieu of holidays as additions to the employee's regular days off, except where the employee and the Employer otherwise agree.
Scheduling of Lieu Days. (a) Pursuant to Clauses 17.3—Holiday Falling On a Day of Rest, and 17.4—Holiday Falling On a Scheduled Work Day of the Master Agreement, lieu days accruing from statutory or designated holidays shall be taken either immediately before or after the paid holiday but in any event not more than two weeks from the date of the paid holiday. If the lieu day is not taken within two weeks, it shall be immediately scheduled on the vacation roster.

The lieu day shall be scheduled by mutual agreement. A maximum of five days may be banked to be used concurrently, and may be used in conjunction with regular vacation if scheduling/coverage permits.

Scheduling of Lieu Days. Lieu days that have been accumulated under Article 17 will be scheduled, taking into account the wishes of the employee and the effective operation of the service. An employee requesting a lieu day must make application fourteen (14) days in advance and the employer will reply within seven (7) days of the application. In cases of emergencies, the Parties agree to waive the above stated advance notice of change and no request will be unreasonably denied.
Scheduling of Lieu Days. Lieu days arising from designated paid holidays shall be scheduled by mutual agreement subject to operational requirements and shall be scheduled within 30 calendar days of the statutory holiday or it shall be automatically paid out. Such request shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Scheduling of Lieu Days. Every effort will be made to take the lieu days within the temporary assignment. For work experience assignments equal to two weeks, the lieu day will be paid out.
