SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. 11.01 Senior employees shall be scheduled at least as many hours as junior employees within each weekly work schedule. This does not imply an obligation on the Employer to schedule more hours than the Employer deems necessary for the efficient operation of the store.

SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. 11.01 The parties have a shared interest in providing an opportunity for employees to maximize their hours of work. Designated days of rest and work schedules, both regular full-time and regular part-time, in each classification, shall be included in a shift selection process as set out below in June of each year to be effective on the first posted schedule of September and will be posted in the staff break room at least two weeks prior to the scheduled selection date.
