SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. 11.01 Senior employees shall be scheduled at least as many hours as junior employees within each weekly work schedule. This does not imply an obligation on the Employer to schedule more hours than the Employer deems necessary for the efficient operation of the store.
SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. G - 1 The rest periods as provided for in Article 13.01 (a) & 13.02 shall be scheduled by the Hospital in each half of their scheduled tour. The Hospital shall ensure that designated locations away from the nursing unit will be provided for nurses on all shifts for use during relief periods and meal periods.
SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. 13.01 Hours of work shall be scheduled by classification within a department within a store. Senior employees in a classification shall be scheduled at least as many hours as junior employees in their classification and department within each weekly work schedule. Hours of work outside of an employee’s classification and department as described in Section 7.01 and 7.02 shall not be subject to claim by other employees.

SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. 11.01 The parties have a shared interest in providing an opportunity for employees to maximize their hours of work. The Union and the Employer agree that the purpose of seniority is to allow employees to achieve a maximization of hours of work to forty (40) hours per week. The Employer shall identify and schedule the longest shifts for the efficient operation of the store. The allocation of hours/shifts shall be assigned to employees by seniority. The Employer will maximize the number of hours scheduled for employees in accordance with their seniority and the Collective Agreement, provided they are available, can perform the work and have not restricted their availability. The foregoing does not imply an obligation to schedule hours in any classification than the Employer has determined are operationally necessary.
SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. It is recognized that the Employer has the right to schedule the hours of operation and employee hours of work to meet the changing needs of the business.
SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. D.1 The Bargaining Unit President will be scheduled to work days Monday to Friday for the period of her or his term. On completion of her or his term of office, the Bargaining Unit President shall return to her or his previous position and schedule on the nursing unit.
SCHEDULING HOURS OF WORK. The Employer has the right to schedule hours of operation and employee hours of work to meet the changing needs of the business. Designated days of rest and work schedules, both regular full-time and regular part-time, in each classification, shall be included in a shift selection process as set out below in June of each year to be effective on the first posted schedule of September and will be posted in the staff break room at least two weeks prior to the scheduled selection date. Before the scheduled shift pick occurs, the Employer will consult with the Union to discuss the proposed schedules. Notwithstanding the Employer's right to schedule hours of operation, an individual scheduled line within a weekly work schedule will not have start times vary throughout the week by more than these hours:

With reference to Article the work week shall be deemed to commence at twenty-three hundred (2300) or twenty-three hundred and thirty (2330) hours on Sunday of each week respectively. For the purpose of clarity and for the application of shift premium as specified in Article of the Collective Agreement, the normal daily tours depending upon the site are: Day Tour Evening Tour Night Tour to hours or to hours to hours or to hours to hours or to hours It is understood that where a nurse has declared availability to work at another site, she will not be entitled to claim premium pay where, as a result of the different starting times at the respective sites, the minimum time between shifts as listed in Article is necessarily reduced. The rest periods as provided in Article shall be scheduled by the Hospital.
