Common use of Scheduling Committee Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Committee. Their will be a Scheduling Committee composed of three (3) ONA members and three (3) Hospital Representatives. The Committee will meet on a minimum every three (3) months. Information pertaining to and including schedules are to be provided to the Scheduling Committee at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the implementation of any changes in Unit scheduling practices. The purpose of this committee will be:
