Scheduling and Granting of Leave. The scheduling and granting of annual leave that falls out of the Annual Closedown period is at 15 management’s discretion. As far as possible and subject to operational requirement an employee’s request for annual leave is to be scheduled at a time convenient to the employer. The employer shall have the right to give reasonable consideration to the necessity and interests of the business of the employer in agreeing to the dates when such leave may be taken.
