Scheduled Termination. Unless previously terminated, the Commitments shall terminate on the Commitment Termination Date. Unless the Closing Date shall have occurred at or prior to 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 31, 2011, this Agreement and the Commitments shall automatically terminate at such time.
