Agreed July 16, 2013 LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING 04 - UNIFORM COMMITTEE The parties agree, within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Collective Agreement, to establish a Joint Committee comprised of two (2) members representing management, designated by the Fire Chief, and two members representing the Association, designated by the President of the Association. Association members of the Committee will be compensated in accordance with the collective agreement for time spent during committee meetings. The Joint Committee will be responsible to review the uniform clothing and discuss the policy for the appropriate use and wearing of all VFRS issued clothing items. The Committee will: • Establish, review and make recommendations regarding the uniform specifications; and • Review the Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG) and make recommendations for changes/additions to the uniforms guidelines; and • Review and discuss the quantity, quality and types and materials of the uniform clothing items taking into account the specifications contained in the report dated 1998-02-04; and, • Review and discuss the uniform point system contained in Article 14 of the Collective Agreement. Upon completion of the review, the Committee will provide a report outlining their recommendations to the Collective Bargaining Committees of the City and the Association. The parties undertake to complete this review within six (6) months of appointment. The Committee will continue to meet as necessary to address opportunities and concerns regarding uniforms. Scheduled Review. The Licensee in consultation with the Work Groups shall review the Management Plans and amend them if needed on the schedule established in each of the plans. The need for amending the Management Plans will be discussed with the Work Group during the annual meeting in the year in which the review is scheduled to occur. If the Work Group determines an amendment to a Management Plan is not needed, this decision will be documented in the Rolling 3-Year Annual Report/Work Plan for the year in which the review is conducted. The Licensee will compile a running list of potential changes to each Management Plan suggested by the Work Group. This list will be compiled from sources such as monitoring and be included in the Rolling 3-Year Annual Report/Work Plan for consideration during the next review/amendment cycle.

  • Agreement Review If, pursuant to section 25.10 (Review of Agreement) of the Bilateral Agreement, the Bilateral Agreement is reviewed after three or five years, or both, of the effective date of the Bilateral Agreement, and any changes to the Bilateral Agreement are required as a result, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with such changes.

  • Post Review With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

  • Prior Review (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

  • Rate Redetermination for Environmental Modification In the event of a contract modification under B8.33 or partial termination under B8.34, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the revision and the appraised unit value of Included Timber to be cut under the modification. The appraisal shall consider the estimated cost of any construction work listed in the Schedule of Items that was performed and abandoned. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of the revision will be adjusted by said differences to become Current Contract Rates. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger. However, existing Base Indices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Redetermined rates, or differences for rates subject to B3.2, and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to the contract revision.

  • Readiness Review Includes all plans to be implemented in one or more Service Areas on the anticipated Operational Start Date. At a minimum, the HMO shall, for each HMO Program:

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

The appraisal shall be done after any rate redetermination done pursuant to B3.31, using remaining volumes. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of delay or interruption or established pursuant to B3.31 will be reduced, if appraised rates declined during the delay or interruption, to become Current Contract Rates. Increases in rates will not be considered. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger.
