Common use of Scheduled Hours Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Hours. ETO hours when utilized by a nurse will be paid 12 up to the amount of the scheduled hours for the day in question. If 13 an RN is scheduled above his or her FTE status, and then canceled, 14 ETO will be available. 15
