Schedule of Submittals. A schedule, prepared and maintained by Contractor, of required submittals and the time requirements to support scheduled performance of related construction activities.
Schedule of Submittals. Within ten (10) days of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall prepare and submit for the approval of the Engineer a Schedule of Submittals showing the estimated date of submittal of all shop drawings and the desired approval date for each shop drawing anticipated. The Contractor shall submit in accordance with the schedule and the Engineer shall furnish approval in accordance with the schedule. The schedule must be consistent with the construction progress schedules.
Schedule of Submittals. Contractor shall provide a preliminary schedule of submittals, including all required Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and a Schedule of Value. Once approved by the Judicial Council, this shall become the Submittal Schedule. All submittals shall be forwarded to the Judicial Council by the date indicated on the approved Submittal Schedule, unless an earlier date is necessary to maintain the Judicial Council, in which case those submittals shall be forwarded to the Judicial Council so as not to delay the Judicial Council.

Schedule of Submittals. The Contractor shall prepare and keep current, a schedule of submittals, which shall be coordinated with the Project Schedule, and which allows the Architect and the Owner reasonable time to review and approve submittals in accordance with Section 4.10 of these General Conditions.
Schedule of Submittals. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is a schedule (“Schedule of Submittals”) detailing various documents and reports required of Collector under this Agreement. The Schedule of Submittals is provided for ease of reference; in the event of any conflict between the text of this Agreement and the Schedule of Submittals, the text in the body of this Agreement shall control.
Schedule of Submittals. (TA-4010). In addition of the Schedule of Operations, within thirty (30) calendar days of the contract award, the Contractor must also submit a Schedule of Submittals (TA- 4010) required under the contract. Submittals include shop drawings, working drawings, coordination drawings, required permits, erection/demolition plans, product data, samples, quality assurance and quality control submittals (i.e. design data, test reports, certificates, manufacturer’s instructions, or field reports) and information submittals. No portion of the work requiring a shop drawing or sample submission may be started until the appropriate submission has been approved by the Engineer. This schedule of submittals be shall coordinated with the list of subcontracts, and the Schedule of Operations, arranged in chronological order by dates required by the construction schedule and show a scheduled submission date for each submittal, identifying the earliest activity affected by each of the submittals (time allowance for reviews, any resubmittals, ordering, manufacturing, fabrication, and delivery must be included when establishing scheduled dates). This schedule of submittals shall be updated and revised monthly and/or with each schedule submission, to reflect the actual progression of the work. Failure to submit a revised Schedule of Submissions, as requested by the Engineer, shall constitute non-compliance in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
Schedule of Submittals. Within ten (10) Days after the issuance of the Notice of Proceed with Construction (unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents), Contractor shall submit to the Agency a Schedule of Submittals that conforms with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
Schedule of Submittals. Within five (5) Days after the Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase (unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents), Contractor will prepare and deliver a Schedule of Submittals to the Agency that has been fully integrated with the progress schedule and identifies each Submittal required by the Contract Documents as well as the date on which Contractor will deliver each Submittal to the Agency. Each Submittal must be delivered to the Agency at least thirty (30) Days prior to the date the material or equipment is scheduled to be incorporated into the Work. The Contractor is responsible for any schedule delays resulting from the Submittal process.
Schedule of Submittals. A. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a schedule of submittals. The schedule of submittals shall be in the form of a submittal log. Refer to Paragraph 9.12.
