Common use of Schedule of Performance Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Performance. Contractor shall commence the services pursuant to this Agreement upon receipt of a written notice to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Contractor, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding thirty (30) days cumulatively.

Schedule of Performance. Schedule of Performance. Contractor shall commence complete the services pursuant to Services within the term of this Agreement in a reasonably prompt and timely manner based on upon receipt of a written notice the circumstances and direction communicated to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Contractor, extensions to and if applicable, in accordance with the time period(s) specified schedule set forth in the Schedule of Performance may be approved Performance, attached as Exhibit B. Time is of the essence in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding thirty (30) days cumulativelythis Agreement.

When requested by the Contractor, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding thirty (30) days cumulatively.
