Schedule of Inspections. All FAA, Boeing, Customer and, if required, U.S. Customs Bureau inspections will be scheduled by Boeing for completion prior to delivery or departure of the Aircraft. Customer will be informed of such schedules.

Inspection; Compliance with Law Lessor, Lessor's agents, employees, contractors and designated representatives, and the holders of any mortgages, deeds of trust or ground leases on the Premises ("Lenders") shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the Premises and for verifying compliance by Lessee with this Lease and all Applicable Requirements (as defined in Paragraph 6.3), and Lessor shall be entitled to employ experts and/or consultants in connection therewith to advise Lessor with respect to Lessee's activities, including but not limited to Lessee's installation, operation, use, monitoring, maintenance, or removal of any Hazardous Substance on or from the Premises. The costs and expenses of any such inspections shall be paid by the party requesting same, unless a Default or Breach of this Lease by Lessee or a violation of Applicable Requirements or a contamination, caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, is found to exist or to be imminent, or unless the inspection is requested or ordered by a governmental authority as the result of any such existing or imminent violation or contamination. In such case, Lessee shall upon request reimburse Lessor or Lessor's Lender, as the case may be, for the costs and expenses of such inspections.
Audits/Inspections Upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, the Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit representatives appointed by the Administrative Agent, including, without limitation, independent accountants, agents, attorneys, and appraisers to visit and inspect its property, including its books and records, its accounts receivable and inventory, its facilities and its other business assets, and to make photocopies or photographs thereof and to write down and record any information such representative obtains and shall permit the Administrative Agent or its representatives to investigate and verify the accuracy of information provided to the Lenders and to discuss all such matters with the officers, employees and representatives of such Person.
Visitation, Inspection, Etc The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit any representative of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, to visit and inspect its properties, to examine its books and records and to make copies and take extracts therefrom, and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with any of its officers and with its independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request after reasonable prior notice to the Borrower.
Reports and Rights of Inspection The Company will keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to keep, proper books of record and account in which full and correct entries will be made of all dealings or transactions of, or in relation to, the business and affairs of the Company or such Consolidated Subsidiary, in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (except for changes disclosed in the financial statements furnished to the Holders pursuant to this SECTION 5.15 and concurred with by the independent public accountants referred to in SECTION 5.15(b) hereof), and will furnish to each Institutional Holder of the then outstanding Notes (in duplicate if so specified below or otherwise requested):
Rights of Inspection In order to ensure that the Quality Standards are maintained, Licensor and its authorized agents and representatives shall have the right, but not the obligation, with prior notice to Licensee, to enter upon the premises of any office or facility operated by or for Licensee with respect to Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items at all reasonable times, to inspect, monitor and test in a reasonable manner facilities and equipment used to furnish Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items and, with prior written notice to Licensee, to inspect the books and records of Licensee in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with the business and affairs of Licensee, all as they relate to the compliance with the Quality Standards maintained hereunder.
Inspection of Property; Books and Records; Discussions Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.
Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property to the Master Servicer upon request.
Right of Inspection At any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable notice, permit Administrative Agent or any Bank or any agent or representative thereof to examine and make copies and abstracts from its records and books of account and visit its properties and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with the independent accountants of Borrower.
Inspection; Reports (a) The Shipowner will at all reasonable times afford the Mortgagee or its authorized representatives full and complete access to the Vessel for the purpose of inspecting the Vessel and her cargo and papers, including without limitation all records pertaining to the Vessel’s maintenance and repair, and, at the request of the Mortgagee, the Shipowner will deliver for inspection copies of any and all contracts and documents relating to the Vessel, whether on board or not.
Inspection of Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are both received by the Depositary as the holder of deposited Preferred Stock and made generally available to the holders of the Preferred Stock. In addition, the Depositary shall transmit certain notices and reports to the holders of Receipts as provided in Section 5.05.
