Schedule of Events. Failure to deliver a proposal before the due date and time as listed may cause the proposal to be disqualified, in the Consortium’s sole discretion. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that proposals, in their entirety, arrive at the listed destination by the listed time. The vendor shall include with the proposal an estimated schedule showing ordering and delivery interval, mobilization, installation, testing, training, and acceptance activities for each of the primary PSAPs. This estimated schedule shall identify principal milestones and critical path dates where Owners’ actions are required.
