Schedule of Coverages. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We will repair, replace, or have repaired or replaced any Covered Part which experiences a Breakdown. In case of Breakdown, You must follow the procedures set forth in filing a claim. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We will reimburse You or Your Repair Facility for preauthorized expenses incurred, less the Deductible (if applicable) for the repair or replacement of a Covered Part. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We will pay up to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for a part. Replacement may be made with new, remanufactured or used parts, which are of a like kind and quality comparable with the original design specifications and wear tolerances of Your Vehicle. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We will pay up to the Repair Facility’s published hourly labor rate multiplied by the appropriate operation time as published in a national labor rate time guide. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We reserve the right to request Your Vehicle be moved to another Repair Facility.
Schedule of Coverages. A. APEX PRO COVERAGE APEX Pro Coverage provides for payment or reimbursement of costs authorized by the Administrator to repair or replace any Breakdown of all part(s) or component(s), including seals and gaskets, except those listed under the What Is Not Covered section of this Contract, less Your Deductible amount, in accordance with all terms and conditions of this Contract. (Seals and gaskets coverage included only on Vehicle with less than one hundred twenty-five thousand (125,000) miles at the time this Contract was purchased).

  • Scope of Coverage 1. This Section shall apply to an investment dispute between a Member State and an investor of another Member State that has incurred loss or damage by reason of an alleged breach of any rights conferred by this Agreement with respect to the investment of that investor.

  • Schedule of Underlying Insurance Policies If Umbrella or Excess policy is evidenced to comply with minimum limits, a copy of the Underlying Schedule from the Umbrella or Excess insurance policy may be required.

  • Terms of Coverage The plan takes effect upon check-in on the booked arrival date to an iTrip unit. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the iTrip unit or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.

  • Evidence of Coverage The Contractor shall, upon request by DSHS, submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, policy, and additional insured endorsement for each coverage required of the Contractor under this Contract. The Certificate of Insurance shall identify the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Certificate Holder. A duly authorized representative of each insurer, showing compliance with the insurance requirements specified in this Contract, shall execute each Certificate of Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain copies of Certificates of Insurance, policies, and additional insured endorsements for each subcontractor as evidence that each subcontractor maintains insurance as required by the Contract.

  • Schedule of Wages An incumbent of a dually classified position shall be paid the regular rate of pay of the classification of work being performed.

  • Minimum scope of coverage Commercial general coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability occurrence form CG 0001 (ed. 11/88) or Insurance Services Office form number GL 0002 (ed. 1/73) covering comprehensive General Liability and Insurance Services Office form number GL 0404 covering Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability. Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.

  • Term of Coverage Except as otherwise specified in the contract, the insurance will commence on or prior to the effective date of the contract and will be maintained in force throughout the duration of the contract. Completed operations coverage may be required to be maintained on specific commercial general liability policies effective on the date of substantial completion or the termination of the contract, whichever is earlier. If a policy is written on a claims made form, the retroactive date must be shown and this date must be before the earlier of the date of the execution of the contract or the beginning of contract work, and the coverage must respond to all claims reported within three years following the period for which coverage is required unless stated otherwise in the contract.

  • Types of Coverage We offer the following types of coverage:

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Agreement of Coverage  The Eligible Person and/or Dependent loses eligibility under Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Coverage will begin only if SHL receives the completed enrollment form and any required Premium within 60 days of the date coverage ended.  Any other event which affects a Dependent’s eligibility. If the Subscriber fails to give notice which would have resulted in termination of coverage, SHL shall have the right to terminate coverage. A Dependent’s coverage terminates on the same day as the Subscriber.
