The following entities, together with all Affiliated Parties thereof: Service Corporation International StoneMor Partners LP NorthStar Memorial Group, LLC Park Lawn Corporation Legacy Funeral Group, LLC Foundation Partners Group, LLC For purposes of this Schedule I, an “Affiliated Party” of an entity is an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is under the control of or is under common control with such entity.
