Common use of Schedule Change Clause in Contracts

Schedule Change. If an employee’s regularly assigned work schedule is to be changed, the Employer shall make reasonable effort to notify the employee at least seven (7) days in advance of the schedule change. In the event that seven (7) days notice is not provided, the employee will receive one time payment of two (2) hours of straight-time pay for the schedule change occurrence.
