Saving. If any provision of this Agreement is later found to be completely or partially unenforceable, the remaining part of that provision of any other provision of this Agreement shall still be valid and shall not in any way be affected by the finding. Moreover, if any provision is for any reason held to be unreasonably broad as to time, duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, such provision shall be interpreted and enforced by limiting and reducing it to preserve enforceability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Saving. Nothing in this Schedule 10 affects:

The Lender shall not be under any obligation to the Loan Parties or any other Person to realize any Collateral or enforce the Security or any part thereof or to allow any Collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of. The Lender shall not be responsible or liable to the Loan Parties or any other Person for any loss or damage upon the realization or enforcement of, the failure to realize or enforce any Collateral or any part thereof or the failure to allow any Collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of or for any act or omission on their respective parts or on the part of any director, officer, agent, servant or adviser in connection with any of the foregoing, other than any such loss or damage resulting from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Lender.
Saving. Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be under any obligation to the Obligors or any other Person to realize any collateral or enforce the Guarantees, the Security Documents or any part thereof or to allow any collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of. Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be responsible or liable to the Obligors or any other Person for any loss or damage upon the realization or enforcement of, the failure to realize or enforce the Guarantees, the Security Documents or any part thereof or the failure to allow any collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of or for any act or omission on their respective parts or on the part of any director, officer, agent, servant or adviser in connection with any of the foregoing, except that the Agent or a Lender may be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (excluding incidental, consequential or special damages) arising from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Saving. Nothing in this Clause affects the right of either party to approach and obtain from the Office of Rail and Road guidance in relation to the Adjusted Amount.
Saving. Nothing in this Agreement shall be taken to restrict, derogate from or otherwise interfere with any powers, discretions or duties, or the exercise or performance of any powers, discretions or duties, conferred or imposed by or under any law upon the Government, any Government bureau or department or any public officer or other person in the employ of the Government.
Saving. Any application letter, allotment letter, agreement, or any other document signed by the Allottee in Respect of the apartment, plot or building, as the case may be, prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for sale for such apartment, plot or building, as the case may be, shall not be construed to limit the rights and interest of the Allottee under the Act or the regulations made thereunder.

Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be under any obligation to the Obligors or any other Person to realize any collateral or enforce the Security or any part thereof or to allow any collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of. Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be responsible or liable to the Obligors or any other Person for any loss or damage upon the realization or enforcement of, the failure to realize or enforce the Security or any part thereof or the failure to allow any collateral to be sold, dealt with or otherwise disposed of or for any act or omission on their respective parts or on the part of any director, officer, agent, servant or adviser in connection with any of the foregoing, except that the Agent or a Lender may be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Saving. Nothing in this Schedule 10 affects: the right of either party to approach and obtain from XXX guidance in relation to the requisite adaptations; or the right of XXX at any time to effect modifications to the Network Code under Condition C8 of that code, or the Traction Electricity Rules pursuant to the provisions contained therein. In the event any provision of this Article V shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected thereby, and shall continue in full force and effect. If, moreover, any one or more of the provisions contained in this Article V shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to time, duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, it shall be construed, by limiting and reducing it, so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with the applicable law as it shall then appear.
