Saturday Work. An employee who starts work on Saturday after 12:01 A.M. shall be paid time and one- half (1%) for such Saturday work with a minimum guarantee of four (4) hours’ work or the full equivalent in pay If the Saturday work Is outside the employee’s basic work week or a full eight (8) hours’ guarantee If the Saturday work is part of the employee’s regular workweek. Saturday hours of work constituting part of a regular Friday night shift start shall be paid at the regular rate of pay.
