Common use of Satisfaction of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Conditions. Each party will use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy, or to cause to be satisfied, the conditions to the obligations of the other party to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as set forth in Section 7, by no later than June 15, 2001.
