Common use of Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent. (a) Each Party shall use all reasonable commercial efforts and take all reasonable action as may be necessary or advisable, to satisfy and fulfil all the conditions set forth in this Article 3 by the date provided or, if no date is provided, as promptly as reasonably practicable. The Parties shall co-operate in exchanging such information and providing such assistance as may be reasonably required in connection with the foregoing.

(a) Each Party shall use all reasonable commercial efforts and take all reasonable commercial action as may be necessary or advisable, advisable to satisfy and fulfil all the conditions precedent set forth in this Article 3 by the date provided or, if no date is provided, as promptly as reasonably practicable.
