Satisfaction and Discharge of Bonds. Any Bond or Bonds, or any portion of the principal amount thereof, shall be deemed to have been paid and no longer Outstanding for all purposes of this Indenture, and the entire indebtedness of the Company in respect thereof shall be satisfied and discharged, if there shall have been irrevocably deposited with the Trustee or any Paying Agent (other than the Company), in trust:

Satisfaction and Discharge of Bonds. Except as otherwise provided with respect to the Bonds of any series in the Series Supplemental Indenture relating thereto, the Bonds of such series shall, prior to the Stated Maturity thereof (or, if principal is payable in installments, the Stated Maturity of the final installment of principal thereof), be deemed to have been paid for all purposes of this Indenture, and the entire indebtedness of the Company in respect thereof shall be deemed to have been satisfied and discharged, upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
