SANITARY CONDITIONS. The Company agrees to maintain clean, sanitary washrooms having hot and cold running water and with toilet facilities, and a clean break/lunchroom area, unless otherwise mutually agreed. The Company also agrees to maintain sanitary drinking water. An emergency first-aid kit shall be furnished within a reasonable distance of the Company’s dock.
