Common use of Sanctions for Noncompliance Clause in Contracts

Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of a Contractor's noncompliance with the Nondiscrimination provisions of this Contract, the Recipient will impose such Contract sanctions as it or the Federal Highway Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to: ⏹ withholding payments to the Contractor under the Contract until the Contractor complies, and/or ⏹ cancelling, terminating, or suspending a Contract, in whole or in part.

Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of a Contractorcontractor's noncompliance with the Nondiscrimination provisions of this Contractcontract, the Recipient will impose such Contract contract sanctions as it or the Federal Highway Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to: ⏹ withholding payments to the Contractor under the Contract until the Contractor complies, and/or ⏹ cancelling, terminating, or suspending a Contract, in whole or in part.:

In the event of a Contractor's the contractor’s noncompliance with the Nondiscrimination nondiscrimination provisions of this Contractcontract, the Recipient will contracting agency shall impose such Contract contract sanctions as it or the Federal Highway Administration USDOT may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to: ⏹ withholding • Withholding of payments to the Contractor contractor under the Contract contract until the Contractor contractor complies, and/or ⏹ cancellingand/or; • Cancellation, terminatingtermination, or suspending a Contractsuspension of the contract, in whole or in part.
