Such results and/or analysis shall be provided to the other Party within [***] of completion of the assay or as otherwise agreed by the JDC.
Sample Data. Customer may use the Sample Data provided with the Software and, as applicable, the Service Products to test, evaluate and demonstrate features of the Software and, as applicable, the Service Products, and for no other purpose.
Sample Data. Sample Data may be made available to You as part of the Snowflake Service. You acknowledge that Sample Data is example data only, which may not be complete, current, or accurate. You will not (and will not permit any third-party to) copy or export any Sample Data and You agree that the Sample Data may be deleted at any time or You may be required to cease using Sample Data at any time.

Snowflake may make available sample data (including from third-party sources) solely for Customer’s internal testing, evaluation, and other non-productive use during the applicable Subscription Term (“Sample Data”). Customer will not (and will not permit any third party to) copy or export any Sample Data and agrees that Snowflake may delete or require Customer to cease using Sample Data at any time.

Sample Data. Sponsor or its designees will test Biological Samples as described in the Protocol. Unless otherwise specified in the Protocol, Sponsor will not provide the results of such tests (“Sample Data”) to the Institution or Principal Investigator or Trial Subject. Sample Data will be treated as Trial Data; therefore, if Sponsor provides Sample Data to the Institution or Principal Investigator, that data will be subject to the permitted use of Trial Data as outlined in this Agreement. b. Sample Data. (a) Each Party will be responsible for conducting the Sample Analysis for its own Investigational Product; the Party responsible for conducting Sample Analysis for the Combination will be set forth in the Sample Analysis Plan. Kite and Humanigen will each generate data (including raw data), findings, conclusions and other results in conducting such Sample Analyses for Samples obtained from the Study (“Sample Data”). Each Party shall provide to the other Party the results and/or analysis generated in the course of performing Sample Analyses for the Study via electronic data transfer or other format/media determined by the JDC. Such results shall be provided to the other Party within thirty (30) days of completion of the analysis or as otherwise set forth in the Sample Analysis Plan or otherwise agreed by the JDC.
Sample Data. Within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Agreement, Xxxxx shall provide, or cause to be provided, to Commerce by FTP transmission, 9840 tapes, as requested by Commerce and/or other media as required to facilitate the planning and execution of the conversion, an electronic data file and listing of all of the loan and deposit accounts included in the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities. The information shall be in the form in which such information will be delivered after the close of business on the Closing Date, including summary interest accrual and payment information for the current year to date. Commerce reserves the right to request no less than two (2) copies of the data referenced to perform validation of the data conversion prior to the final conversion.
Sample Data. CBES shall cause Community Bank to provide to NASB Bank, a machine-readable data tape of all of Community Bank's loan and deposit accounts, together with a written description of the file, record, and field data types and formats, to allow NASB Bank to prepare for a data processing conversion, at a date prior to Closing agreed upon between NASB Bank and CBES. Representatives of NASB Bank shall have reasonable access to Community Bank's IT staff or other pertinent personnel during normal business hours to facilitate the accurate and proper mapping or conversion of all customer accounts to NASB Bank's data processing system. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, 41
Sample Data. Seller shall provide to Buyer, a machine-readable data tape of all of Seller S&L's loan and deposit accounts, together with a written description of the file, record, and field data types and formats, to allow Buyer to prepare for a data processing conversion, at a date prior to Closing agreed upon between Buyer and Seller. The data tape shall include summary interest accrual and payment information for the current year to date, except that the name and address information may, at Seller's option, be encoded in such a way that the actual identities of Seller S&L's customers cannot be determined.
