Same Benefits. Until exchanged in full, a Book-Entry Note of a particular issue shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as Definitive Notes of such issue authenticated and delivered hereunder. If, after any presentation thereof to the Global Agent, the principal or notional amount, as applicable, of Notes represented by any Book-Entry Note of a particular issue is reduced to zero, such Book-Entry Note shall remain outstanding on the records of the Global Agent until the Maturity Date or Early Redemption Date.

Same Benefits. The ANW Special Education Cooperative shall provide a duty free lunch and a planning period for each licensed staff comparable to other licensed employees in the building in which they are assigned. It shall be the licensed staff’s responsibility to notify the ANW administration should there be discrepancies. If the licensed staff is required by ANW administration to provide direct instructional service or direct supervision during duty free lunch, planning period, or outside the duty day not including IEP staffings, the licensed professional staff will be compensated at a rate equal to the compensated hourly rate of their individual contract. Compensation for planning period will be calculated at 1.0 hours and lunch will be 0.5 hours. In the event a teacher is required to supervise one or more students during time which has been designated as planning, duty free lunch, or outside the duty day the following will happen; 1) Notification must be made to the immediate supervisor by the 20th of each month. Notification of loss of planning/preparation time and/or duty free lunch will be submitted utilizing the Notification of Lost Preparation Time form (SURVEY); 2) Notification must be made within sixty (60) days of the loss of planning/preparation time and/or duty free lunch or outside the duty day; May notice for loss of planning/preparation time, duty free lunch and/or outside the duty day must be turned in no later than teacher checkout; 3) Upon receipt of the Notification, the Administrator will have 10 days to respond to and/or rectify the situation. If the teacher is not satisfied with the outcome of the matter as determined by the administration, the teacher has the procedure outlined in Article 16 available to them. No ANW licensed staff will be compelled to serve on any local district committee or provide supervision that is not a specialized IEP service without compensation by the local district equal to that district's compensation to its staff.
Same Benefits. It is understood by the parties that retirees shall remain under the City's medical benefit plan as is in existence for active employees as modified from time to time through collective bargaining. Retirees, surviving spouse and dependents of retirees whose permanent residence is in an area not served by the Network will be considered as in Network participants. R.   • Sick Benefits 15.01 Eligible employees will receive Short Term Disability Benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the STD Plan Text, a copy of which has been supplied to the Union. The STD plan forms part of this Collective Agreement.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
