Common use of Sales Milestones Clause in Contracts

Sales Milestones. If in a given Calendar Year more than one (1) of the milestone events set forth in the immediately preceding table is achieved, Mereo shall pay to AstraZeneca a separate milestone payment with respect to each such threshold that is exceeded in such Calendar Year. Each such milestone payment shall be due within [***] days of the date the milestone was achieved. Each milestone payment in this Section 8.4.2 shall be payable only upon the first achievement of such milestone in a given Calendar Year and no amounts shall be due for subsequent or repeated achievements of such milestone in subsequent Calendar Years.
