Common use of Sales Material and Information Clause in Contracts

Sales Material and Information. 4.1. The Company shall furnish, or shall cause to be furnished, to the Fund or its designee, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which the Fund, the Underwriter or the Adviser is named, at least ten (10) Business Days prior to its use. No such material shall be used without the prior approval of the Fund or its designee. The Fund shall use its reasonable best efforts to review any such material as soon as practicable after receipt and no later than ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such material.

The Fund shall use its reasonable best efforts to review any such material as soon as practicable after receipt and no later than ten five (105) Business Days after receipt of such material.

The Fund shall use its reasonable best efforts to review any such material as soon as practicable after receipt and no later than ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such material.

The Fund shall designee reasonably objects to such use its reasonable best efforts to review any such material as soon as practicable after receipt and no later than within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such material. The Fund agrees to use its best efforts to provide all comments on such material within ten Business Days.
