Sales & Marketing. Unless otherwise specified in a Marketing Addendum, Reseller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to market and promote use of the Services. Reseller shall be responsible for being knowledgeable about the Services, including the technical aspects and language related thereto, and Reseller shall assign Reseller appropriate employees to participate in any technical, sales and service training with respect to the Services as required by ZealiD from time to time. Reseller shall provide appropriate account management and provide quarterly business reviews with the Reseller Customer regarding the Services to promote Customer success and satisfaction. ZealiD shall provide any Service related reports and or analytics regarding the Reseller Customer Service use. Upon request from ZealiD, Reseller shall provide evidence of such account management activities.

Sales & Marketing. The parties agree to develop and maintain a jointly defined and mutually agreed Sales & Marketing Plan which will guide how parties will collaborate to develop a Sales & Marketing Strategy for the developed technology, and how parties will collaborate to perform certain Sales and Marketing activities.
Sales & Marketing. N. The agent endeavours in his country to promote and develop the sales of each other services. Each agent will exchange Sales Leads and Routing Orders; specify the other agent’s name in Letters of Credit, Purchase Orders and Shipping Instructions and insert the other agents’ name in all Waybills as notify party. This will enable each other to handle shipments without difficulties and gain additional business. Each partner to provide a reasonable number of QUALIFIED sales leads during the course of each year. Sales Leads must be actioned and replied to within 21 days. All Sales Leads and Routing Orders must be sent in the CPN format.

Sales & Marketing. 6.5.2.1. OneTone will execute a strategic sales and marketing plan with a local sales force, substantially as described in the OneTone RFP Response. In particular, a local sales team will focus directly on last-mile fiber construction and services, targeting neighborhoods and business clusters located close to existing and newly constructed fiber routes.
Sales & Marketing. DJL agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to market and sell the Products and agrees that its marketing efforts will be of high quality, in good taste, and will use its best efforts to ensure the professional image and reputation of avVaa and the Products. DJL also represents to conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably on the quality image of avVaa and its Products. The sole focus of DJL will be to implement and execute sales and marketing objectives based upon avVaa's Business Plan.
