Common use of Sales for Resale Clause in Contracts

Sales for Resale. All Full Requirements Service provided by Seller to Buyer shall be sales for resale, with Buyer reselling such Full Requirements Service to SOS Load customers. At Seller’s request, Buyer shall provide Seller with mutually agreeable resale certificates related to the Full Requirements Service provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Sales for Resale. All Full Requirements Service provided by Seller to Buyer shall be sales for resale, with Buyer reselling such Full Requirements Service to SOS Load Default Service customers. At Seller’s request, Buyer shall provide Seller with mutually agreeable resale certificates related to the Full Requirements Service provided pursuant to this Agreement.

At Seller’s request, Buyer shall provide Seller with mutually agreeable resale certificates related to the Full Requirements Service provided pursuant to this Agreement.
