Sales Commission. You shall be entitled to charge a sales commission on the sale of our Shares in the amount set forth in our then effective prospectus. Such commission (subject to any quantity or other discounts or eliminations of commission as set forth in our then current effective prospectus) shall be an amount mutually agreed upon between us and equal to the difference between the net asset value and the public offering price of such Shares.
