Sales Channels Sample Clauses

Sales Channels. The Service Provider (and its Subsidiaries) shall be able to decide on the type of method for sales of products (including reselling, joint bids, sub-contracting, consortium), it being agreed that whenever the chosen method for sales requires the transfer of a margin, such margin will be charged according to the provisions of Section 2 of Annex 1. The Parties and their local subsidiaries shall be free to agree and execute necessary agreements to govern such sales.

Sales Channels. In the event that any third party -------------- sales channel (e.g., Intellysis) facilitates the participation of any Level One or Level Two service corporate client, then the parties agree to renegotiate (and equitably adjust) the terms of consideration set forth in Schedule I hereto to take into consideration any commission payment which may be due to such third party sales channel.
Sales Channels. While Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to select an appropriate sales channel(s) through which to sell a Member Service Item, Company makes no representation that a given Service Item will sell, or that the sales channel(s) selected will yield the highest possible sales price for that Service Item. Sales Channels. 6.1 Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Dealer shall only use information and content related to the Products that is directly sup- plied by Manufacturer, including without limitation Product images, photos, graphics, descriptions, and specifications (and Dealer shall not independently obtain or scrape such content from Manufacturer’s website or other materials).
Sales Channels. With regard to the sales channel and hardware roadmap for the HAPS products, the Founders’ Representative shall cooperate in good faith to assist Buyer in determining channel strategies and product roadmaps that maximize revenue, consistent with the Buyer’s strategic interests. While the Founders’ Representative guidance with respect to both channel and hardware roadmap decisions will be considered in good faith, nothing in the foregoing sentence shall limit the Buyer’s authority to add or remove distributors or sales representatives nor to direct future hardware efforts.
Sales Channels. As a Dealer, each Party will only allow its Representatives, which must be employees of such Party, to sell Products of its Primary Party through the: (a) direct-to-home sales channel; (b) retail sales channel; and (iii) inside sales channel, in each case subject to the requirements set out in this Section 3. Neither Party is permitted to use sub-dealers and subcontractors in connection with reselling Products of its Primary Party. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no restriction on selling a Party’s own Primary Products through any sales channel or using any sub-dealers, subcontractors or distributors in connection therewith.
