Sales and Use Taxes. LICENSEE agrees to hold LICENSOR harmless from all federal, state and local sales, excise, use or similar taxes which may be assessed on any revenues generated by LICENSEE in connection with the operation or distribution of the LICENSEE Software or any other products and services of LICENSEE.
