Common use of Sale Clause in Contracts

Sale. For value received, the Mortgage Loan Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, and without limiting Section 4(a) of the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated and effective January 27, 2016 (the “Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement”), between the Purchaser and the Mortgage Loan Seller, without recourse, all right, title and interest, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit A (the “Mortgage Loan Schedule”) to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement and all of the following property:

Sale. For value received, the Mortgage Loan Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, and without limiting Section 4(a) of the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated and effective January 27, 2016 (the “Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement”), between the Purchaser and the Mortgage Loan Seller, Agreement without recourse, all right, title and interest, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit A (the “Mortgage Loan Schedule”) to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement Agreement, dated and effective March 3, 2016 (the “Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement”), between Mortgage Loan Seller and Purchaser and all of the following property:
