Common use of Sale of Investments Clause in Contracts

Sale of Investments. After the date referred to in Section 12.4, the Trustee shall proceed to wind up the affairs of the Trust as soon as may be reasonably practicable and for such purpose shall, subject to the terms of any agreements binding on or obligations of the Trust and the Trustee, sell and convert into money the Direct Royalties and other assets comprising the Trust Fund in one transaction or in a series of transactions at public or private sale and do all other acts appropriate to liquidate the Trust Fund, and shall in all respects act in accordance with the directions, if any, of the Unitholders in respect of a termination authorized under Section 12.2. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, in no event shall the Trust be wound up until the Direct Royalties shall have been disposed of.
