Common use of Sale of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 shares of Company's Common Stock (the "Shares"), at the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $182,003.06.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 110,000 shares of Company's Common Stock (the "Shares"), at the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $182,003.06226,600.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 250,000 shares of Company's Common Stock (the "Shares"), at the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $182,003.06515,000.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 120,000 shares of Company's Common Stock (the "Shares"), at the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $182,003.06247,200.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 220,000 shares of Company's Common Stock (the "Shares"), at the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $182,003.06453,200.

Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby Buyer agrees to purchase and the Seller agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Company an aggregate of 88,351 Buyer all 4,470,000 shares of the Company's ’s Common Stock (the "Shares"), at for the purchase price of $2.06 per share for an aggregate purchase price 500,000.00 at the closing as set forth below. The shares of $182,003.06Common Stock to be sold pursuant to this Agreement are collectively referred to herein as the “Shares.”
