Sale of Alcohol. In order to sell alcohol at the EPCC a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) will need to be given to the licensing authority. The TEN must be given to the licensing authority and chief fire officer no later than ten working days before the day on which the event begins. The person giving notice of a TEN must be aged 18 or over. A copy of the TEN must be on the Premises during the event. The police and local authority have rights of entry to the Premises to assess the likely effect of the TEN on crime prevention.
Sale of Alcohol. If alcohol will be sold at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Wokingham Council to permit the sale of alcohol. There is a small charge payable to the Council and at least 2 week’s notice is required to process your application. Visit xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx for more details. A copy of the TEN must be shown to the booking secretary prior to the date of hire and a copy should be available at the event.

EVENT FINISH TIME All events must finish by 11:30pm and the Hall must be clear by 12:00 midnight. Later times to be agreed by special arrangement. By signing this agreement the Hirer agrees to abide by this rule. Before leaving the hall please ensure table tops are wiped clean before being stacked in the cupboard and floors are swept. Please ensure all lighting, heating and electrical equipment is switched off before leaving and securing the building. Later finish time only by arrangement. REFUSE Ellisfield Memorial Hall has no agreement with contractors to remove waste/refuse – whether commercial or trade. Therefore it is important that all hirers take their waste home with them (and recycle bottle and cans). Please make sure that you bring adequate dustbin liners with you when you hire the hall.
Sale of Alcohol. If you plan to sell alcohol at your event, or serve it at a club event, you will need to seek permission from the management committee in order to either take advantage of our Premises Licence (fee £25) or to apply for your own Temporary Event Notice to be given for the event. The management committee will require you to complete a separate application form detailing your requirements. Please speak to the designated licence holder (Xxxx Xxxxxx) for advice before you sign this alcohol form, which can be downloaded from the web site.

Sale of Alcohol. The person/organisation hiring the hall are responsible for obtaining the necessary alcohol licences from the Hurunui District Council. A Host Responsibility Plan will also need to be completed and returned to the Hurunui District Council. Noise and annoyance The person hiring the hall must ensure that the noise level is kept to a minimum as to not cause annoyance to local residents. Noise levels must comply with the provisions of the Hurunui District Plan. All music must be shut down by 12am. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure that the hall and facilities are left in a tidy and clean condition for the next user. • Please ensure that all tables, chairs, sports equipment and kitchen equipment etc are put away where they were found. • Please ensure that the floor is swept and washed. • Please ensure that toilets are left clean. • Please ensure that all food scraps and rubbish are taken away and disposed of appropriately. • Please ensure that all heating is turned off and the exterior doors are locked before you leave. If you think that you will not be able to meet these requirements, please contact the Hurunui District Council so that arrangements can be made for cleaning. A cleaning charge will be included in the hire charge. Please report all breakages or damage to the Hurunui District Council. Sale of Alcohol. Absolutely no sale of intoxicating beverages permitted, unless prior arrangements have been made, the applicant is a registered 501C3 organization, proper permits obtained and fees paid including any insurance requirements beyond what is required within this agreement.
