Salary Records Access. The University shall, upon request, and no more than once per academic year, provide UFF, within twenty (20) business days with an electronic report reflecting the base academic year salary and any academic year salary increase (provided as a percent increase) for each in-unit member during the preceding twelve (12) months by each increase category.

Salary Records Access. Upon request, within three (3) business days or as soon thereafter as possible the Board shall provide the UFF with an electronic copy of faculty employment records reflecting the annual salary increases provided to faculty and any other necessary information for bargaining and for verifying compliance with the terms of the salary article (Article 23) of this Agreement.
Salary Records Access. On September 30 of each year, the University shall provide UFF with an electronic copy of faculty employment records reflecting the salary increases for each in-unit faculty member during the preceding twelve (12) months by each increase category. Bargaining Unit Member List. On September 30 of each year, the University shall provide UFF with an electronic spreadsheet including the name, UFID, percentage FTE appointment, date of hiring, department/unit, position code, title/rank (which will include designation as visiting or regular status), date promoted to rank, office location (building name/number and office number), current year salary rate, in-bargaining unit code, e-mail address, contact telephone number, and contact mailing address for each member in the bargaining unit. Not less than annually, UFF shall provide the University’s designee for contract administration with the names and email addresses of the union officers and the union representative who is designated to receive documents referred to in this Article. UFF shall notify the designee of any changes to the list of union officers or designated representatives to receive documents.

  • Records Access The Advisor shall maintain appropriate records of all its activities hereunder and make such records available for inspection by the Directors and by counsel, auditors and authorized agents of the Company, at any time or from time to time during normal business hours. If such books and records are not kept and maintained by CONTRACTOR within the County of Mendocino, California, CONTRACTOR shall, upon request of the COUNTY, make such books and records available to the COUNTY for inspection at a location within County or CONTRACTOR shall pay to the COUNTY the reasonable, and necessary costs incurred by the COUNTY in inspecting CONTRACTOR’s books and records, including, but not limited to, travel, lodging and subsistence costs. CONTRACTOR shall provide such assistance as may be reasonably required in the course of such inspection. The COUNTY further reserves the right to examine and reexamine said books, records and data during the four (4) year period following termination of this Agreement or completion of all work hereunder, as evidenced in writing by the COUNTY, and the CONTRACTOR shall in no event dispose of, destroy, alter, or mutilate said books, records, accounts, and data in any manner whatsoever for four

  • Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3.   • RECORDS AND AUDIT ACCESS 17.1 The Supplier shall keep and maintain until seven (7) Years after the date of termination or expiry (whichever is the earlier) of this Framework Agreement (or such other longer period as may be agreed between the Parties), full and accurate records and accounts of the operation of this Framework Agreement including the Services provided under it, the Call-Off Contracts entered into with Contracting Bodies and the amounts paid by each Contracting Body.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.
