Salary Notification. A. A written salary notification will be issued to all certified employees no later than June 30. Said notification shall include the following:

Following the ratification by both parties of a newly negotiated agreement between the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Operations Management Organization and the Superintendent of the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake School District, salary notification will be provided unit members within a reasonable period of time.
