Common use of Salary for part Clause in Contracts

Salary for part. time work When reckoning the salary payable for part-time work, the hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly salary by the number of regular, scheduled hours worked in the month in question. The concept of monthly salary applied at this point shall be the same as in paragraph 2 of subsection 6 of section 12. A corresponding number of hours worked may also compensate for absence from work. Implementation regulation: Part-time salary shall be paid, for example, when the employment begins or ends on a date other than the beginning or end of a salary payment period, or when a salaried employee has been absent from work and the employer is not required to pay salary for the period of absence.
