Salary for part. time work When reckoning the salary payable for part-time work, the hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly salary by the number of regular, scheduled hours worked in the month in question. The concept of monthly salary applied at this point shall be the same as in paragraph 2 of subsection 6 of section 12. A corresponding number of hours worked may also compensate for absence from work.
