Salary Equivalent. Fairfax, C&F or the Companies shall pay Executive an amount equal to Executive’s Base Salary as of the Termination Date, for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the Termination Date. Payments pursuant to this Subsection 5.2(i) shall be at such times and in accordance with such procedure as apply to payments governed by Subsection 3.1.
