Salary Entitlement. In case a teacher resigns or is deceased, the teacher or his/her estate shall be entitled to receive the proportionate part of the total salary that he/she has earned.

Salary Entitlement. Military Leaves for a unit member who has a minimum of one (1) year of prior service with the District and who is on temporary Military Leave shall receive his/her full salary for the first thirty (30) days of such leave. Subsequent to the thirty (30) day period, if called to active duty, the unit member shall receive a salary equal to the differential between their current salary and their military salary.

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.
