Salary Costs for Consultant and Subconsultants as shown in Exhibit B are the Maximum Billing Rates, which are provisional, subject to audit of actual costs, and if the audit discloses that the actual costs are less than the costs set forth on Exhibit B for Consultant or any Subconsultant, Consultant shall reimburse County based upon the actual costs determined by the audit. County may withhold the amount Consultant is required to reimburse County from any payment due Consultant.

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
