Common use of Salary Compensation Clause in Contracts

Salary Compensation. In consideration of the services rendered by the Executive under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive a base salary (the "Base Salary") at the rate of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) per calendar year. The Base Salary shall be paid in such installments and at such times as the Company pays its regularly salaried executive employees, and the Board may review the Base Salary annually in a manner consistent with the Company's policies and may change the Base Salary from time to time in its sole discretion.

Salary Compensation.
