SALARY CLASSIFICATIONS. For Salary Classifications refer to Exhibit D. Section 4. COACHING STIPENDS: For Coaching Stipends refer to Exhibit C. Section 5. MFA DEGREE: SALARY SCHEDULE "A" shall include the statement: A Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree shall be compensated with a stipend equal to doctoral degree if a committee composed of two faculty and two management employees, all with doctoral degrees, determine the MFA is the terminal degree in an area of study equivalent to a doctorate degree and the MFA is awarded from an institution accredited at the time the degree was granted.

SALARY CLASSIFICATIONS. 6.2.1 For purposes of advancement on the salary schedule, a unit member must have worked 75% of each school year for which salary schedule step credit is granted.

SALARY CLASSIFICATIONS. 7.1 Employees shall be classified by the RFDS and paid in accordance with the structure set out in the Relevant Annexure to this Agreement. 8. PAYMENT OF SALARIES 8.1 Salaries shall be paid fortnightly. Salaries will be paid by cheque or by electronic funds transfer into an account of the employees choice in a bank, building society, credit union or other financial institution not later than the second Friday of each fortnightly pay period.

SALARY CLASSIFICATIONS. 1. New employees shall receive credit on the salary schedule for the years of experience after receipt of a valid teaching credential, under full contract in teaching positions, as defined in paragraph 3 below. The credit may be earned in public school districts, or through equivalent teaching experience in private schools, with the Peace Corps or Department of Defense. Such equivalence shall be determined solely by the Superintendent.
