Salary Change. The District agrees to meet and negotiate with LRCEA regarding the salary range and the job description for a new job classification or change to a job classification within the Bargaining Unit prior to adopting it or making a change. Any dispute regarding this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement commencing at Level III.

Salary Change. From time to time, the annual salary payable to the Employee pursuant to Section 2.1(a) above may be changed as the board of directors or the designated compensation committee thereof may deem appropriate, but no change shall be effective with respect to the then-current term unless: (i) the Employee consents thereto, or (ii) the change is recommended by management, approved by the compensation committee and the board of directors, is applicable to the entire senior management group, and there has not been a change of control during the preceding twelve months.
Salary Change. The District shall create continuing education opportunities for educational movement of District staff members to serve the needs of the District.
Salary Change. Salary can be changed at semester upon the completion of additional hours or degree. The teacher must notify the superintendent and treasurer in writing prior to December 1 of an anticipated change in the payroll and must provide an official transcript showing the additional hours of training at either the end of the quarter or as soon as possible after the close of the first semester.

  • Salary Severance A single, lump sum payment equal to twelve (12) months of the Executive’s Salary, less applicable withholdings.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.

  • Salary Continuation If the Executive becomes totally disabled during the term of this Agreement, his full salary shall be continued for 360 days from the date of the disabling injury or onset of the disability illness.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Severance Period For purposes of this Agreement, “Severance Period” means the period of time commencing immediately after Executive’s separation of service from the Company through the date that is six (6) months following such separation date, plus an additional two (2) months for every fully completed Year of Service; provided, however, that in all cases the Severance Period will end no later than on the twelve (12)-month anniversary of the date of Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

  • 1Base Salary During the Period of Employment, the Company shall pay the Executive a base salary (the “Base Salary”), which shall be paid biweekly or in such other installments as shall be consistent with the Company’s regular payroll practices in effect from time to time.   • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.

  • Base Salary and Incentive Compensation Executive’s initial annual base salary shall be three hundred nine thousand dollars ($309,000). Executive’s base salary shall be redetermined annually by the Board or a Committee thereof. The base salary in effect at any given time is referred to herein as “Base Salary.” The Base Salary shall be payable in substantially equal installments on a bi-weekly or more frequent basis. In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or a Committee thereof from time to time, and shall also be eligible to participate in such incentive compensation plans as the Board or a Committee thereof shall determine from time to time for employees of the same status within the hierarchy of the Company.
