Salary Cap. In accordance with section 408 of the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001, no HOPE VI Grant funds may be used to pay (or provide reimbursement for payment of) the salary of a consultant (as opposed to a contractor) at more than the daily equivalent of the maximum rate paid to level IV of the Executive Schedule for Federal Employees.
Salary Cap. The Salary Cap for a League Year shall be the Player Cost Amount for that League Year less Projected Benefits for that League Year, divided by the number of Clubs in the League in that League Year, adjusted by any applicable True Up, provided further that there shall be no True-Up related to the 2011 League Year, and there shall be no “negative” True Up related to either the 2012 or 2013 League Year.
Salary Cap. The Salary Cap for the Salary Cap Year commencing on January 1, 2014 shall be nine hundred and one thousand dollars ($901,000). The Salary Cap for each Salary Cap Year thereafter during the term of this Agreement shall be calculated as follows: add twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to the Salary Cap for the immediately preceding Salary Cap Year, increase the total by the Growth Factor applicable to the Salary Cap Year for which the Salary Cap is being calculated (as defined in Section 1(e) below), and subtract twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).
Salary Cap. (1) For each Salary Cap Year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be a Salary Cap. Subject to the adjustments set forth in subsection (d) below, the Salary Cap for each Salary Cap Year, beginning with the 2000- 01 Salary Cap Year, will equal 48.04% of Projected BRI for such Salary Cap Year, less Projected Benefits (as defined in Article IV, Section 6) for such Salary Cap Year, divided by the number of Teams scheduled to play in the NBA during such Salary Cap Year, other than Expansion Teams during their first two Seasons in the NBA.
Salary Cap. 6.1 Each team will be given a $300 salary cap. This amount is for managers to draft players, assign keeper extensions, bid on free agents during the season, and make trades. It is possible to trade for additional salary cap dollars and exceed the $300 cap limit, but without that, teams are forbidden from exceeding their salary cap limit.
Salary Cap. Grantor participation in the salary rate for the highest paid position shall not be in excess of $174,500, or a Tier I Senior Executive Service (SES) salary at the U.S. Department of Defense. Other salaries shall tier downward from this highest salary rate subject to the Grantor's review and determination of whether the proposed salary (ies) is (are) allowable, allocable, and reasonable.
Salary Cap. (a) Teams must be in full compliance with the Salary Cap at the commencement of each League Year and remain in compliance throughout the League Year, unless otherwise agreed to by Class Counsel and the AFL.
